Hotel Concord - Turin

I almost gave concord a good review, but then remembered the shower wall that was filthy! Plus, the parking situation was unacceptable and cost twice as much! After all the inconvenience, i expected a complimentary upgrade, but clearly that was too much to ask for.

The friendliness of the staff was very nice. We liked the room with the balcony overlooking the street. The hotel is convenient to the city center and walking distance to the Shroud (which was the purpose of our visit). We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return to your nice hotel.

The location excels, placing you right at the heart of the bustling urban life, with shops and key attractions just a short stroll away. Rooms offer generous space with a decent design that manages to blend modern touches with classic charm.

Housekeeping needs serious attention. One shower wall sported a visible layer of grime, which could dampen your enjoyment of an otherwise spacious bathroom. A lack of complimentary items like milk or spoons made small inconsistencies more noticeable, leading to a feeling of something missing for the price paid. The breakfast could use a bit of variability to cater to different tastes. While decent, it didn't dazzle, and a few vegan options did pop up without much fanfare.

Possibly the best and very very good stay for a business trip. Good facilities and full size breakfast with too many dishes and unhealthier options, as for instance. Quiet and ideal location, 10 minutes' walk to an archaeological museum. Walk from a train station, perfect for me.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. It was close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast spread was one of the best we've had, with fresh fruit, pastries, and hearty options. Gotta stay here again.

Large high ceilinged bedroom and well equipped bathroom. Air conditioning cooled the room effectively. Very convenient location. Good garage beneath.

I really enjoyed my stay there though I had little time in Torino. The rooms were spacious, with modern amenities.

I had a breakfast package but had to leave to catch my train at 7 am. breakfast opens at 7 am and hence I could not avail of it. You should have a suystem wherein those who have a breakfast package but are leaving early should be entitled to a simple breakfast packet of croissant or sandwich and a juice, ready to go.

Perfect central spot!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the location. It's right in the heart of Turin, super easy to walk to shops and sights. The staff was v friendly and helped us with local tips. The in-room breakfast was a nice treat, but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times.

It was a strong match for a flash visit in Turin with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast room was airy, and the spread was excellent with options for every taste. Check the parking availability before arriving, as it may not be open all day.

The value for money was truly great. Breakfast is fantastic if you have a sweet tooth. The personnel is friendly and helpful and location is just one of the best possible.

No sport/relaxation facilities.
